"Dan was one of the most helpful guys we found in our search for a fireplace insert. He was not only friendly, but he had a great knowledge of his products and explained everything to us so completely. Talk about customer service! A piece was incorrect in his shipment and he drove to Milwaukee just to pick it up so he could finish the installation in one day. You don't get that kind of service very often anymore. "Recently I had Dan from Fireplace TechniciansLLC and another man in my home installing an electric fireplace in place of my old wood burning fireplace. Their work was efficient and neat. A tarp was laid over the carpet and when they had finished there was no mess. They were pleasant to work with and explained the working of my new fireplace well. Now I can be warm whenever I want without finding wood or having to remove ashes. Andrea Turke"

"We couldn't be more pleased with the products and service provided in converting an unusable fireplace into a usable unit with top notch gas insert and having a wood burning stove installed in the basement level. Both look great and function way better than we expected. Very grateful we followed through with a recommendation to call Dan. We no longer have to sit around a cold house bundled up under blankets. On the other hand, our LP guy probably won't be too happy...oh well. Thanks again Dan! "
